Please join us on Friday 19th at 12pm for our first ever OPEN MIC.
There is so much going on in the world of environmental and social change, it is hard to get the word out and even harder to keep up with everything that’s happening.
The Miracle Inn Open Mic is your opportunity to present your thing.
We’re expecting to hear about upcoming events and workshops, new projects and programmes, books, reports, papers, films, podcasts, and articles,.
We’d also love to hear your theories and ideas too - especially on core The Miracle Inn topics like hyper-individualism, social atrophy, culture shifting approaches to environmentalism, and building social capital.
You’re also very welcome to share a song, poem, or piece of art too; pretty much anything goes.
So, please come along, grab the mic, and give us your 5 minutes.
House rules
Etiquette:
Raise your hand at the start if you would like to speak, this will determine our running order.
You can share slides, but this isn’t a requirement.
One rule: give us the ‘why’ as well as the ‘what’, we are keen to hear how environmentalism is evolving.
Use the chat box to share relevant links and information.
Please don’t disappear after you’ve done your bit, if you’re coming along, please come for the full hour.
Use the chat box to ask questions. If there is time for Q&A at the end, we’ll pick from Q’s in the chat box.

Access:
You do not need to be a member of The Miracle Inn to join this event, or contribute to it, but do please consider becoming a member.
There is no registration process.

Audience and Timings:
The Miracle Inn’s virtual doors will open at 12pm, we’ll call time at 12.55pm.
The Miracle Inn OPEN MIC takes place on the third Friday of every month. Sign up to our e-newsletter to receive a reminder.
Morgan Phillips, our founder, will be your host.
Your audience will be whoever turns up, it could be two people or two hundred people.
The event will be recorded and made available on YouTube and The Miracle Inn podcast.
Safeguarding:
This OPEN MIC is intended for adults. If you are under 18 please ask a responsible adult to join you on the call.
Your host may decide to enable breakout rooms, there will never be fewer than three people in a meeting room.
We will be recording the event and making it available at a later date via The Miracle Inn YouTube channel and Podcast.
Please do not share any personal contact details in the chat.

Your host has the right to eject and bar you from The Miracle Inn.
