The Miracle Inn - in Wales
Home for The Miracle Inn is west Wales.
From here we will work in and with our local communities to bring people together with each other and with nature.
We will do this collaboratively and in a deliberately diverse set of ways. The goal will always be to nurture social capital and the interdependent selves of the people we meet.
Listed here are proposed Miracle projects we might do in person, in west Wales. The list is intended as a rough sketch to help illustrate what The Miracle Inn - Wales might become.
Some projects will be low cost and possible with little to no additional funding. Other projects are more ambitious and will require significant external funding and their own dedicated teams.
The Miracle Inn, however, does not want to replicate or compete, we want to partner and support existing projects that are working towards the goal of a more socially and environmentally connected Wales. If your values and work align with The Miracle Inn, please get in touch.

Miracle Club
IDEA: In person, no agenda, meet ups in Cardigan and St Dogmaels for those who just want to meet and chat.

Miracle Cycling
IDEA: an informal club for cyclists in the lower Teifi valley who love to ride, but don’t always want to ride alone.

Miracle Walks
IDEA: Regular rambles in nature, in groups, in and around the lower Teifi valley.

Miracle Teachers
IDEA: Schools in Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire are chronically underfunded. Teachers are doing incredible work, but they need more support to deliver high quality climate and nature education. The Miracle Inn wants to bring that support.

Miracle Adaptations
IDEA: The Teifi valley is vulnerable to climate change in numerous ways - floods, storms, heatwaves are all intensifying. A strategic community response is needed, The Miracle Inn wants to enable it.

Miracle Party
IDEA: Let’s have at least one party a year to celebrate the big and little miracles that are happening in west Wales. It's the people who organise the best the parties that get to change the world.
The projects proposed above are only ideas at this stage. They need to be workshopped and refined by the founders members of The Miracle Inn. We aim to get this workshopping going in spring 2026, if not before.
Low cost (but high impact) projects will be able to start very soon.
The more ambitious projects will require specific funding and expert dedicated teams, The Miracle Inn will work to secure this funding once we have established ourselves as an official CIC.
To work best and to be true to who we are, The Miracle Inn needs to be member-led and partnership focussed. All of which is to say is, if you have an idea for a project, or you have a project you want to partner up on, please get in touch!
